Our Directors

Kevin and Naomi Purcell are the faces behind Seven Horses Australia. They take a hands-on approach to managing the business and offer down to earth, friendly service.

They work the business as a team using the many skills and qualifications they have earned. Kevin is a qualified Mechanic and manages the Engineering and Supply sectors of the business. Naomi has a Bachelor of Business Administration and oversees Administration and Logistics activities. Both are actively involved in Sales.

Along with their young family, they have a keen interest in owning and riding horses. Their affection for horses fuels their commitment to manufacturing quality fodder for horses of all disciplines. They are constant seek information about the company’s customers, their equine partners and equine nutrition and are pleased to supply Compact Chaff to the market.

Both Kevin and Naomi grew up on cattle stations where horses were a valuable part of the work team. Kevin went on to have an accomplished career riding saddle bronc horses with many credits to his name. After winning the Central Rodeo Cowboys Association Rookie Saddle Bronc and Rookie Allround Cowboy Titles in 2001, he went on to win the Open Saddle Bronc Title a further three times. He is also a 2 time National Finals Qualifier with the Australian Professional Rodeo Association.

Since moving on from Saddle Bronc Riding, Kevin is now a tough competitor in Stockman’s Challenge and Campdrafting events when time permits.

Naomi participated in Pony Club and Campdrafting events in her younger years but later found her passion in the sport of Barrel Racing. An appreciation of the skill involved with training and riding a barrel horse and the thrill of speed saw the Cowgirl travel to many parts of Australia for competitions. Naomi and her mare, Instant Playgirl, were the 2007 Tamworth Classic Futurity winners and qualified twice for the Australian Professional Rodeo Association National Finals. The same association awarded her the Rookie Barrel Racer and Rookie Cowgirl Titles in 2010.

History

2005 saw the development of a small company known as Sno_Vac Pty Ltd. The founding Director had created a unique piece of machinery that created a product that could add value to the traditional hay bale.
